Khalistani terrorist arrested by Punjab Police

Punjab Police in a joint operation with Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) arrested a wanted Khalistani terrorist from Meerut (Uttar Pradesh) on May 30th 2020. The Khalistani terrorist has been identified as Tirath Singh who is highly radicalized and is connected with the Khalistan movement on social media. Police have recovered posters of Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale and some other incriminating materials from his possession.

The social media account and WhatsApp of Tirath Singh were filled with messages of support for the Khalistan movement.

It is very well understood now that Sikhs for Justice (SFJ), along with all their supporters, are trying to revive militancy in Punjab and their team members are ex-militants who have already committed numerous crimes and are absconders.

The main objective of their Punjab Referendum 2020 is to revive militancy in Punjab and to disturb the harmony of the state. This is the reason people like Tirath Singh have been hired and are promoting terrorist related activities in Punjab.

SFJ is backed by Pakistani ISI and is getting all the assistance from them to revive militancy in Punjab and recent arrests clearly indicate SFJ’s involvement in radicalization.
